REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery with proper photo evidence.

After verification, eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Customized or special order products may not be eligible for return or refund unless defective.
